How WE do this?  Yes “WE” this is a collaborative effort that requires your full commitment, it will take time, but it will be totally worth it!

Following the Clean & Healthy Living 5-stage process: 

  • STEP 1 – ASSESSMENT - we take a look at your current health situation, signs, and symptoms using a health history questionnaire a nutritional assessment questionnaire and a detailed 4-day food and mood journal.

  • STEP 2- ANALYSIS - I cross reference with the qualitative information from the nutritional assessment and the food and mood journal and the quantitative information from the functional lab tests based on your bio individual needs.

  • STEP 3 – RESEARCH – this is the part where I connect the dots and find patterns based on Case Studies from my library so we can identify the root cause of your personal situation.

  • STEP 4- PERSONALIZING RECOMMENDATIONS - I will draft lifestyle, & targeted nutrient therapy recommendations according to your specific Bio -individual needs, in addition to this, I will provide some nutrient dense food meal plans and recipes according to your taste and dietary needs. In some cases, I will provide some supplement suggestions to close any nutritional gaps.

  • STEP 5- REVIEW AND RE-ADJUST – this will be a living breathing plan that will need adjustments on the go, and at each stage of the process we will need to take some steps back or speed it up, it all depends on how your body is adjusting to the new nutritional and lifestyle changes.
